Safecto has acquired G-iron Srl, an Italian company specialised in the design of advanced and extremely low frequency (E.L.F) magnetic shielding solutions.

G-iron is headquartered in Arezzo, Tuscany, and has over twenty years of experience in the design and production of E.L.F shielding solutions. The company is recognised for the reliability and high quality of its products and serves customers across industrial, medical and infrastructure sectors.

G-iron manages the design and sourcing of materials internally, while manufacturing and installation are carried out by long-standing, trusted third-party partners through strategic collaborations. The company serves customers in Italy as well as across European and non-European export markets.

The acquisition is aligned with Safecto’s strategy of building a focused group of product companies operating in safety-critical applications, where performance, reliability and continuity are essential. G-iron will continue to operate under its renowned name, with existing organisation and leadership.

Marco Alvelli, CEO of G-iron, will continue to lead the company following the transaction, supported by his long-standing team and staff.
